Do the number of sets and reps appropriate to your level of fitness. A good strategy is use light weights at first, adding weight gradually, over several weeks to months. This allows you to do low sets and high reps. Try two to 3 sets, 8 to 15 reps. Read thru instructions for all 3 exercises before proceeding.
Lying Barbell Extensions (Skullcrushers)

Like dumbbell extensions, the key is to start out with a light barbell so you don’t crush your skull. Make sure to lie down on a sturdy bench, grip barbell narrowly (approx 14”). With arm straight up, bring barbell down in a smooth arc until bar is close to your forehead. Then bring back up to start in same arc
Close Grip Bench Press

Start position is like above. This is essentially a bench press but narrow grip places greater stress on triceps instead of chest.
Overhead Tricep Extension

This is like lying barbell extension except done standing or sitting. Don’t come down too far or you could strain your elbows.
