1) The following resistance band video is a 21 minute video from youTube. It would be good for persons new to exercise band movements, sedentary types & seniors. But don’t let the fact that it’s a free exercise video fool you because even more serious workout enthusiasts can profit from the sensible routine clear directions.

2) The next resistance band workout requires either more equipment or more ingenuity on your part. As an example of ingenuity, if you don’t have a stability ball to the crunches, just hold the exercise band as shown while lying on the floor. The stopper should be the bottom of a closed door ir a strong pillar.
