I just got a chance to look through your site. The Gymboss looks like a real keeper especially since I think that interval exercise is an excellent method for getting in shape.

I will test and review product, write up a dedicated review page on my experience with GB, hopefully provide a couple of strategically placed links for GB (interval exercise pages, exercise equipment etc.)
