It is the best exercise video for a beginner exerciser with a medicine ball. The video offers an intro to the medicine ball including some benefits.
There are some medicine ball exercise instructions involving sets & reps. After the intro there is about a 5 minute exercise instruction segment.
The session includes some classic exercises with medicine ball like wood chop, circles, good mornings etc.
This free exercise video cuts off during the last movement but you are left with 8 excellent medicine ball exercises.

The second exercise video is more advanced than the first one.
It gets right to it. You can combine the first video with this one. Remember you can adapt for the harder exercises. For example you can keep your knees on floor for push ups.
Can even do movements w/ no ball at first.
