Face Exercises for Neck & Throat

To go from effects of facial exercises to home click here * Sit straight and lean your head towards back. Look at the ceiling, keeping your lips closed and after that, start a chewing movement. You will experience that muscles in your neck and throat area are working. Repeat this facial exercise 20 times.

* Sit straight and lean your head towards back. Look at the ceiling while keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Begin puckering your lips jointly in a kiss and stretch the kiss, as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips in the same position for 10 counts. Relax and return your head in the same position. Repeat this face lift exercise 5 times.

Face Exercises for Eyes

* Sit straight up. Eyes closed and relaxed. Lift eyebrows while trying to stretch your eyelids down as far as possible. Stay in this position for 5 counts. Relax and repeat facial exercise 5 times.

* Sit straight. Eyes open, look ahead. Look up and then down keeping your head still. Repeat 10 times. Then look left and right in the same way. Repeat 10 times.

Face Exercises for Forehead

* Do an exaggerated frown. Bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward each other. Then lift your eyebrows as high as possible opening your eyes as wide as possible. Repeat facial exercise 5 times.

* Sit straight facing forward and bring your eyebrows down over your eyes. Wrinkle up your nose while flaring your nostrils. Count to 10, relax. Repeat 5 times.

Face Exercises for Lips & Mouth area

* Sit straight facing forward. Pucker lips together. Lift puckered lips towards nose. Keep position for 5 counts. Relax & repeat facial exercise 5 times.

* Bring lips into a puckered kiss. Relaxing the kiss, keeping lips closed, curl your lips into your mouth across your teeth. Hold position for 10 counts. Repeat 5 times.

Face Exercises for Cheeks

* Sit straight facing forward. Keep lips closed and relaxed. Using the cheek muscles, pucker and pout your lips. Hold position for 10 counts. Relax and repeat facial exercise 10 times.

* Keeping lips closed, smile in a relaxed manner. Suck in your cheeks towards and on to your jaws. Hold position for 10 counts. Relax and repeat 10 times.
