Back to the effects of yoga. Yes, I could say that yoga will improve your life immeasurably, with confidence, due to research, observations & my own too-occasional practice of yoga.

It is simply an “exercise” without peer. If you have practiced yoga even occasionally, you’ll know what I mean.

I will not go into a definition of yoga or comparison of yoga schools much less yoga philosophy.

If you want a quick yoga program, simply follow the postures below in the order presented.

The postures are self-explainable. Take a look at all the yoga positions & then try them.

If you have done yoga before you'll probably have an idea of what to do.

If you are new, do a quick warm-up first.

Then try to learn the postures by doing them for only 2 - 4 counts. You can increase the counts as you progress.

You do not have to do the full pose that is presented. If you need to modify a posture to make it easier, do so. It is unlikely that a beginner will be able to get into positions that are depicted. Just go part of the way down or sideways. Use your good judgement or you will upend the benefits of a yoga exercise program.
