* Anaerobic exercise, better than aerobic exercise
Yep, you read right. In truth, anaerobic exercise {weight lifting, flexibility, movements, Yoga, Pilates, and many others) can lend all of the benefits that aerobics are known to lend, like better coronary and lung performance.
